– BE/ B. tech./ Diploma in Mech.
Salary range:10 – Rs. 15 Lacs/ annum
Profile
–
1. Independent Responsibility of handling all aspect of
production/ QC/ Maintenance/ Tool Room in the plant in coordination with other
departments in the plant & corporate.
2. Candidate should have very good communication skills.
3. Technical skills include hands on experience in Mechanical
power presses.
4. Experience in Mechanical Hydraulic press, and tube pipe formed
components.
5. Knowledge of power press from 5 ton to 250 tones. Exposure to
mass volume high precision components.
6. Good knowledge of jigs & fixtures. Hands on experience
Trouble shooting of press tools & knowledge of Tool Room Machines.
7. Knowledge of simple Die, compound Die, and progressive Dies.
8. Hands on experience in Tool Room machines and special
purpose machines.
9. Must be good at Reading & understanding of Engineering
Drawings.
10. Knowledge of ISO 9000:2015 introduces implementation of system
and internal audit.
11. Good understanding of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, etc.
12. Use of all latest measuring instruments related to production.
13. Coordination with planning and dispatch departments.
14. Ability to motivate the shop floor personnel in enhancing
productivity.
15. Good knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety.
