•  Planning of monthly schedules in accordance to the requirement of the customer and effective implementation of the schedules.
• ·         Coordination with the purchase department for the procurement of raw material and tooling required to manufacture the component as per the monthly schedule
• ·         Manpower planning.
• ·         Process improvement for better productivity.
• ·         Rejection reduction activities
• ·         Organize training programs to enhance the productivity and reduce rejection.
• ·         Improvement of existing Jigs and fixture
• ·         Work and Motion Study.
• ·         Implementation of T.P.M Techniques
• ·         Coordination with the tool manufacturer for improvement of tools for increase in life of the tools
• Improvement of tools for multiple operation for reduction of cycle time
