Additional Job Information	·         Deciding and setting Sales targets for the FY. ·         Achievement of all targeted KRA’s – Sales, Collection, New Business Acquisition, C – Form. ·         Keeping in touch with all the clients and ensure a satisfied pool of customer base. ·         Will be required to map the Talc requirement of the different industrial territories in the Country and Globally as well. ·         Segment wise, product wise consumption & prices of competition. ·         Recommend the product mix from our basket. ·         Find out the best & economical logistic alternatives for supplies. ·         Work with close liaison with R&D and prospective customer for product development. ·         Organize visit of prospective customer to our works for closing deals / brand promotion etc. ·         Manage a team of Sales Professional across the country and ensure results via way of hand holding and regular motivation among the Sales Force. ·         Grooming and development of the Man Power towards making them a self sufficient resource for a higher profile in future.

·        Handling  procurement cycles,lead times and purchasing
requirements within overall business of acquisition of goods or
services,and minimisation of response time while ensuring needs are met in
a timely,satisficatory and cost effective manner
·        Procurement of raw materials,packing material ,plant equipment and
accessories including vendor negotiation in domestic and global market
·        Ensures compliances to quality,safety and environmental standards
·        Planning/Budgeting/policy guidelines for purchase of RM/PM to meet
production plans
·        Vendor and OEM development of RM & PM
·        Determine the appropriate source selection for materials,services
considering cost,quality and realibility
·        Work closely with project management and accounts dept on all
relevant issues such as quality/delivery/payments
·        Implement latest strategy and process for achieving unintruppted
supply chain at best price and for best quality
·        Cost reduction through development of alternate suppliers and
materials
·        Ensure proper compliance of Central Excise ,Custom act and rules
framed and modified from time to time
