Main Role/Key Task:	·         Preparation of Circuit Diagram & Bill of Materials. ·         Developing PLC/HMI & Drive Software’s for customer order. ·         Preparation of Technical Documents & Machine Manuals. ·         Technical support to assembly team for panel wiring and field wiring. ·         Installation & Commissioning of line at customer end and technical support after final commissioning. ·         Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. ·         Minimum Two Years engineering experience working in an Electrical Controls Field with some type of project management, design responsibility and troubleshooting skills. Experience in PLC / HMI programming & AutoCAD Electrical design Mandatory. ·         Minimum Two years experience working with Siemens Simatic Manager, Allen Bradley RS Logix 500 and ABB AC500 PLC software extensively. ·         Experience with Siemens/ABB/BOSCH REXROTH AC/DC/SERVO drives. ·         Familiar with Communication protocol like Modbus, Ethernet/Profinet and Profibus. ·         Experience of Starting up equipment, complete commissioning of line, train customers on lines and prepare project manuals. ·         Should be able to work in pressure and must have the ability to handle projects individually.
