1. Certification Body: St John Ambulance

2. Provision Certificate Issue on the same day of Training

3. Original Certificate after one week of the training.

4. Validity of Certificates: 3 years

5. Time Devote on training: Single day training Programme (Four Hrs)

 Skills --

 1. Should have good exposure in melting of alloys with induction furnaces.

 3. Have worked in different Non ferrous & ferrous alloys.

 4. Good metallurgical knowledge.

 5. Should be good in methoding & tool concept.

 6. Good exposure in new parts development through sand casting.

 7. Problem solving skills for rejections due to casting defects.

 8. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in low weight castings & batch production environment with variety of products.

9. Must have exposure of core-shop also.
