Qualification :-Graduate and Post Graduate

Experience   :-6-12 Years.
Work Profile:-

1. Responsible for regional Human Resources services such as C&B, Recruitment, Training and Employee Relations.

2. Responsible for the planning, improvement, execution and control of HR Policy and procedures;

3. Responsible for recruitment, interviews, promotion and termination etc.

4. Together with RAP China C&B team to fulfill the C&B management in India

5. Supporting the HRD on staffing, budgeting and performance management for headcounts, compensations and benefits.
