Designation -            Planning and Estimation Executive 

Location -                 Gurgaon

Qualification –           Degree/Diploma in architecture/Interiors/Civil.

Salary -                    20-25K + variables

Experience -              1-2 years.

Software Knowledge - Experience in AutoCAD is must, knowledge of Excel.

Other Requirement -   Good command in English (written & verbal)

Job Description:-

·         To support the Entity Team to achieve the Annual Sales Targets and Goals;

·          To co-ordinate with other departments (Design, Sales & CS) to ensure that

  production files are submitted for manufacturing on time;

·          Work in total synergy with Design Dept for practical approach to economical

 estimation and pattern symmetry to achieve best efficiency.

·          Oversee Site Supervision & Measurement (Directly or via third party installation

 contractor).

·          Provide accurate site measurement to establish best approach to minimize

 wastage and enhance chance of winning orders; Calculate quantity for a)

 Carpet, b) Underlay & c) Installation

·          Provide Sales team with recommendation of Underlay type and Installation

 method for each project prior to Sales quoting Client

·          Negotiate & discuss Installation contract with flooring contractor and FIX NET

·         INSTALLED AREA (No Re-measurements allowed)

·          All logistics understood relative to practical completion and provide final costing

 to Sales.

·          To manage and monitor installation to ensure good installation and performance;

·          Manage ALL complaints relative to Installation defects and organize corrective

 work.

·          Provide an AS-BUILT set of P&E to the customer Project representative/Chief

 Engineer

·          Handle any and all ad hoc projects as dictated by the P&E Manager
