About Company :- Auto industry(Manufacturer of Wire Harnesses  ,PCB & Auto electric & electronic components  etc.)

Position                    :- AGM-HR
Qualification        :- MBA or any Equivalent
Experience            :-  Minimum 12 years
Salary                      :-   14 - 15 lac

Exposure:-         

• Lead a team of HR professionals as Strategic Business Partners for the  business units.
• Implementation of various HR initiatives to meet the human resource needs of a business. 
• Plan and implement development plans for employees this includes Succession Planning, Competency mapping and Need Analysis prior to Calendar Preparation.
• General responsibilities include effective implementation of Welfare measures, Statutory compliances, liason with Govt Agencies and other regular personnel functions  
• Factory license for plants / Registration under Factory Act etc. Employee Relations, discipline management: Counseling and disciplinary action
•  Responsible for hiring, training, appointment and service agreements 
• Responsible of Performance management System in organization

Job Description:-

(1) Heading the Department of HR & Administration with overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources of the organization including project staff;

(2) Translating the organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy and providing leadership for HR management related learning and development;

(3) Developing and implementing OD strategies in alignment with organizational goals;

(4) Managing general HR practices such as recruitment, staffing, performance management system, staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits administration;

(5) Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, welfare employee services and counseling;

(6) Ensuring proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents

(7) Managing labour law and other regulatory policy compliances;

(8) Managing and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings;

(9) Managing general administration matters.

Salary                      :- 20 lac to 25 lac
