2.      Issuing of Daily Production Schedule for PU Production & Wire welding according to the requirement of customers.

3.      Maintaining of minimum Inventory level of Finish Goods according to the requirement of customers & Quantity verification of Incoming materials

4.      Gate Inward, SIR Preparation & Material receipt entry in to main-Store.

5.      Preparation of critical item list on Daily basis.

Mandatory Requirement

 

Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software application. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 

Responsible for performing journey-level data entry work using a personal computer and appropriate software, entering, updating, researching, verifying and/or retrieving data into/from various systems, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded. Performs related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate store supplies.
• Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, etc.
• Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs.
• Prepare technician daily logs and route sheets
• Manage speed of service results, controls inventory that is used for service orders, and is responsible for the overall organization and appearance of the service center.
• Responsible for preparation of work schedules.
• Maintains a variety of manual and electronic files and/or records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and complying with regulatory requirements and established guidelines.
• Enter data accurately and efficiently.
