Job Description
Proper
Documentation and verification of diesel quantity of unloading tankers coming
from depots, proper measurement of tanker, entries of shortage / excess.
Responsible
for proper dispensing the diesel to all mobile or fixed machineries, to
contractors or authorized outsiders separately, machine wise booking, compiling
of all records regarding diesel dispensing.
Daily
monitoring of diesel consumption with coordination of concern
authorities/division with usage purpose, machine-wise monitoring and report
variations, if any further to inquiry.
Responsible
for prevention / minimizing pilferage and responsible to keep all the diesel
tanks locks intact whether of fixed or mobile machineries.
Periodical
checking of diesel consumption of every machine and circulating reports if the
diesel consumption increases from the RATED consumption of the machine.
Maintaining
all the records registers and reports pertaining to diesel and preparation of
monthly summery of diesel consumption reports and finding the diesel ratios and
highlights the equipment consuming abnormalities.
Preparing
the diesel procurement schedule and monitoring.
To
assist the Cost and Store Department in their working on Cost Control and Cost
reduction on Diesel consumption.
Any
changes in above responsibilities may be there depending on the different site
situations and any other duties or responsibility may be added or excluded
pertaining to diesel affairs, depending upon the situation or changes.
Education:
M.Com - Commerce, PG Diploma - Any
