- Deciding and setting Sales targets for the FY
- Achievement of all targeted KRA’s – Sales, Collection, New Business Acquisition, C – Form.
- Keeping in touch with all the clients and ensure a satisfied pool of customer base.
- Will be required to map the Talc requirement of the different industrial territories in the Country and Globally as well.
- Segment wise, product wise consumption & prices of competition.
- Recommend the product mix from our basket.
- Find out the best & economical logistic alternatives for supplies.
- Work with close liaison with R&D and prospective customer for product development.
- Organize visit of prospective customer to our works for closing deals / brand promotion etc.
- Manage a team of Sales Professional across the country and ensure results via way of hand holding and regular motivation among the Sales Force.
- Grooming and development of the Man Power towards making them a self sufficient resource for a higher profile in future
