Salary:                 40 - 45 K

Skills & Knowledge required:-    

• Maintain the Master list of Instruments & Gauges.
• Maintain the Calibration schedule month wise.
• To carry out the calibration of all instruments and gauges as per schedule.
• Maintain the inventory of instruments and gauges in the register.
• Maintain the History card for all instruments and gauges.
• To arrange the outside calibration of all master instruments as per schedule.
• To do the calibration of Masters and fixture at H/T, Eye Rolling, and C.H. Punching.
• Arrangement of the instruments as per requirement .
• Arrangement the gauges & fixture as per drawing.
• To do make indents for purchase items
• Maintain the MSA schedule .
• To do the measurement system analysis of instruments.( variable )
• To do the measurement system analysis of gauges & fixtures. ( attribute type)  
• Implementation of TS 16949 & ISO 14001 System.
• To do make work instruction of gauges & instruments calibration .
• Repairing the gauges & fixture .
• Monitor the house keeping of standard room & lab.
• Key Skills & Personal Traits: Stimulator & counselor of quality culture all-round/all levels. Ensuring world class norms/standards.

Job Description:-

·         To support the Entity Team to achieve the Annual Sales Targets and Goals;

·          To co-ordinate with other departments (Design, Sales & CS) to ensure that

  production files are submitted for manufacturing on time;

·          Work in total synergy with Design Dept for practical approach to economical

 estimation and pattern symmetry to achieve best efficiency.

·          Oversee Site Supervision & Measurement (Directly or via third party installation

 contractor).

·          Provide accurate site measurement to establish best approach to minimize

 wastage and enhance chance of winning orders; Calculate quantity for a)

 Carpet, b) Underlay & c) Installation

·          Provide Sales team with recommendation of Underlay type and Installation

 method for each project prior to Sales quoting Client

·          Negotiate & discuss Installation contract with flooring contractor and FIX NET

·         INSTALLED AREA (No Re-measurements allowed)

·          All logistics understood relative to practical completion and provide final costing

 to Sales.

·          To manage and monitor installation to ensure good installation and performance;

·          Manage ALL complaints relative to Installation defects and organize corrective

 work.

·          Provide an AS-BUILT set of P&E to the customer Project representative/Chief

 Engineer

·          Handle any and all ad hoc projects as dictated by the P&E Manager
