:- B.tech(Mechanical)
or any equivalent
Experience :- 10 years
+ of project management in machine design and building or other relevant
experience.
Salary
:- 12 - 15 lac
Job Location :- Tatarour-Palwal, Haryana
Role :-
Plan and schedule project timelines and track project deliverables using
appropriate tools. Provide direction and support to project team. Constantly
monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present
reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. Implement and manage
project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns
individual responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a
project and scope
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before
passing to client
- Minimizes exposure and risk on project
- Ensures project documents are complete,
current, and stored appropriately
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on
a weekly basis
Client
Management:-
- Manages day-to-day interaction with
internal and external clients
- Sets and manages client expectations
- Develops lasting relationships with client
personnel that foster client ties
- Communicates effectively with clients to
identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase
customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Builds a knowledge base of each client's
business, organization and objectives.
Requirements:-
- Mechanical or Industrial engineer
- Proven prior experience performing all Project
implementation.
- Project Manager Responsibilities and
functions.
- Maintains awareness of new and emerging
technologies and the potential application on client Engagements.
- Excellent ability to work in a team
environment.
- Genuine interest and takes pride in mentoring
junior staff.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as
Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint A MUST
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project is an
important asset
- PMI or other project management experience and
certifications are a definite plus
- good knowledge of Lean techniques and Six
Sigma as well as Quality Systems
- Facilitates team and client meetings
effectively
- Effectively communicates relevant project
information to superiors
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized
presentations
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely
manner
- Understands how to communicate
difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
