Job Responsibly

• Deciding and setting Sales targets for the FY 
•  Achievement of all targeted KRA’s – Sales, Collection, New Business Acquisition, C – Form. 
•  Keeping in touch with all the clients and ensure a satisfied pool of customer base. 
•   Will be required to map the Talc requirement of the different industrial territories in the Country   and Globally as well. 
• Segment wise, product wise consumption & prices of competition. 
•  Recommend the product mix from our basket. 
• Find out the best & economical logistic alternatives for supplies. 
• Work with close liaison with R&D and prospective customer for product development. 
• Organize visit of prospective customer to our works for closing deals / brand promotion etc. 
•  Manage a team of Sales Professional across the country and ensure results via way of hand holding and regular motivation among the Sales Force. 
• Grooming and development of the Man Power towards making them a self sufficient resource for a higher profile in future
