Qualification   : PGDBM/ MBA (HR/Labor Law/ IR)
Location          : Gurgaon
Department     : HR,IR,Admin
Good communication skills & computer knowledge
Job Responsibilities:
Ø      Responsible for Wages & Salary administration of all the employees, including OT, Advance, Loan,         & other Reimbursement. 
 Ø    Implementation of ERP System in P&A Department
Ø    Responsible for Statutory & Legal compliances
Ø    Liasioning with all government departments.
Ø     Responsible for attending all labour and industrial court cases and follow-up with lawyers. Ø     Follow- up of accident cases at ESI & private hospitals.
 Ø    Responsible for Security, Horticulture, HSIDC related work
Ø    MIS report preparation attending day-to-day problem of all Employees.
Ø    Responsible for pollution related work
Ø    Recruitment & Selection
Ø    Responsible for Training , which includes CRT/OJT Monthly Schedule, targets & documentation Ø   Implementing the Skill Matrix & Competency Mapping
Ø   keeping laison with ESI & PF local office 
Ø   attending problems of worker regarding wages and over time.
Ø   Manpower provide to shop floor as per requirement
Ø   Responsible for Housekeeping, Security & Horticulture.
