JOB DESCRIPTION
Company Brief: Modern Foods is the bakery division of HUL with 6 factories
in India (Kolkata/Mumbai/Cochin/Chennai/Hyderabad & Bangalore).It
manufactures bread, rusks, cream rolls & Chapattis.
Position: Manager-Accounts
Age: 25-35 Years
Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA Finance with three years experience OR
CA/ICWA/Inter/M.COM with minimum five years experience. Preference would be
given to person who has handled HR responsibilities also.
Job responsibilities:
1. Overall control of commercial function at the unit
2. Maintenance of Unit accounts
3. Responsible for various periodic MIS to GM, Sales and
Production team (on sales/profitability, Receivable/ Collection, Yield/ waste,
Defectives etc)
4. Eliminating business waste (on Receivable/ Inventory, other
cost etc).
5. Planning/ budgeting for the unit and Monthly tracking
against the budget/ forecast.
6. Preparation of monthly schedules, Operating reports, weekly
buying report
7. Control on sundry creditors and Debtors
8. Responsible for CAD audit/Unit inspection of outstanding
agencies
9. Processing of all payments/receipt vouchers
10. Filing of
statutory returns
11. Legal
