Then selection of best suitable supplier. 3) PO releasing as per requirement of BOM/PR for pending items (including all technical details) 4) Regular follow ups with supplier for pending orders. 5) Monthly fund requirement (payment request) to finance dept. 6) Arranging for material to vendor (for Job work, re work, rejection, replacement 7) Determining quantity and timing of deliveries for each PO. 8) Responsible for arranging material pickup from suppler end. 9) Arranging material as per monthly production plan. 10) Maintaining min. level for each consumable and stock item (Other than BOM) and timely ordering for stock out items. 11) Maintaining purchasing information, files and records (e.g. Requests for Proposal, offer, purchase orders, vender files, rate contract etc 12) Daily Submitting MRR’s with all supporting documents (PO and bill) to account dept. 13) Seeking new reliable suppliers to provide quality goods and releasing trial orders for new 14) Responsible for all procurement and supply chain activities for Level Gauge /Energy Dept.
