Exposure; wire / cable / wire harness industry preferred/Electrical  

Note- Should have strong exposure to Product & Process / quality management.

Role & Responsibilities:

Technology  transfer of process from development to production.

ii)  Actively contribute to achieve monthly production and dispatch targets.

iii)  Implementing & monitoring technological  changes to enhance productivity and quality .

iv) Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to  achieve substantial   

reduction in Q&M expenditures .

v) Calculation for capacity enhancement and implementation .

vi) Calculation of BCT (Batch Cycle Time) & BCT reduction and implementation.

vii) Generation of process related documentation and analysis.

viii) Achievements of quality objectives.

ix)  Implementation of QMS 9001 and EMS 14001: 2015

x) Compliance with Company Credo

Note-

Very good knowledge about process of wire bunching , stranding tape wrapping , jointing ,

Fluropolymers  /PVC / XLPE Extrusion, Testing & Grading

iii) Hands on experience in cable making machines running & maintenance.

iv) Problem solving ability , calm under pressure

v) Knowledge and experience of working under ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 14001 EMS

Role & Responsibilities:

In process & outgoing Quality control

i) Confirms all parameters affecting quality are as per process instructions (Procedures ,WI,

Process  charts)

ii) Confirms product meets final product Quality and performance parameters in OQC.

iii) Give regular feedback& reports to Head (QA) on Quality checks and rejections

iv) Give suggestions for Process  & Quality improvements ,wastage  reduction.

v) Generate Quality data / Trend Analysis /CAPA reports for Quality Reviews.

vi) Facilitate in process & final product quality changes and related Quality norms and

documents.

vii) Train and supervise subordinate QC personnel
