• THE INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR  OPERATIONS OF THE UNIT FOR AUTOMOTIVE  FLUID SYSTEMS, 
• RESPONSIBLE FOR MANUFACTURING ,QUALITY, MAINTENANCE AND PLANT ENGINEERING,,DEVELOPMENTS, UNIT HR & ADMINISTRATION.. 
• MUST HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF HANDLING SIMILAR OPERATIONS AND HAS AN EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN MNC SYNERGY AND IS ABLE TO LEAD TEAM 
• TO   MAINTAIN & IMPROVE QUALITY SYSTEMS, ENHANCE  EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT ACTIVITIES AND ENSURE CUSTOMER DELIGHT. IN SHORT, HE SHOULD ENSURE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PLANT’S OPERATIONS.
• THE INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO THE DIRECTOR - FLUIDS.

Desire Profile:-

• CANDIDATES MUST BE  MECHANICAL ENGINEERS, WITH  AROUND 16-18  YEARS  EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION / SHOP FLOOR MANAGEMENT. 
• PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE  WORKED IN AUTOMOBILE / AUTO COMPONENT MANUFACTURING COMPANY, WITH FAMILIARITY TO CUSTOMER SPECIFIC  AND LATEST QUALITY SYSTEMS, STRONG LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, POSITIVE ATTITUDE,  PROBLEM SOLVING SKILL,
•  PLEASANT PERSONALITY AND EXPOSURE TO OEM MANAGEMENT.  
• EXPOSURE TO MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE AND PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT WILL BE ADVANTAGEOUS. 
•  KNOWLEDGE OF TAMIL IS NECESSARY.
