Job description for
the post of Finance Manager:
Analyzing trends in revenues and expenses.
Preparing spreadsheets, graphs, and charts to help illustrate financial trends.
Presenting financial information to managers.
Performing revenue and expense forecasts in order to make financial decisions.
Creating and reviewing financial records.
Preparing budgets.
Willing work as individual Contributor
Preparation of financial statements - Balance
sheet and P&L
Variance analysis & reporting
Cost centre reporting
Cost benefit Analysis
Monthly/ yearly book closing, provisions, accruals & prepaid expenses
& MIS
Ledger Scrutiny & reconciliations
Strong knowledge of AP vendor masters, GRIR,
documentation, payment process &
AR - Debtors management/ Outstanding reports
Inventory management
Working knowledge of GST, VAT, CST, ST &
TDS
Strong knowledge of internal controls and
documentation
Cash & Bank
reconciliations
Financials Planning
& Budgeting
Evaluation of Capital Projects
Managing Surplus Fund Investment and daily cash flow management
Bank facilities for working Capital requirement and banking operation
Preparation of MIS and presentation for various business performance reviews
Mandatory Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and writing skills in
English are a must)

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,
Access, Outlook etc.)

Enthusiastic,
hard working, well organised and able to prioritize.
