Work Profile:-

·         PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:-

To plan, coordinate and effective execution of organizational policies, directives and guidelines (SOPs or Standard Operating Procedures). Should be able to develop too.

Employee engagements /Welfare activities

Liaising with govt sectors (police/fire/court)

Transport, gen set, electricity, phones etc co-ordination

·         INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS:

Compliances for a contractor, should be an expert

Should have handled PF, ESI, Relationship matters

Able to appear in all IR legal cases in front of various machineries

Redress individual complaints before they develop into major disputes involving irrevocable union demands or causes of agitations.

·         HUMAN RESOURCE:

Participate in preparation of HR Budget.
Participate in periodic reviews and evaluating Appraisals
Reviewing & Improvement of HR policies & systems.
Ensure effective implementation of plans for aligning HR with the core business.
Processing & ensuring timely payment of reimbursement to employees.
