Responsibility:
Production Planning & Man Power Handling of Mixing Division.
Prepare Production Report.
Evaluate & Analysis of in house Rejection.
Monitoring 5’S level in Plant.
Compound Rejection & Wastage control of mixing division.
On Line Trouble Shooting of Compound related Problems.
Responsible for incoming raw material testing semi finish material
testing & finished product testing.
In Raw Material :- Moony Viscosity of Rubber, Melting Point,
Heat lose, aniline point, ash content, Sp. Gravity, Sieve residence test, Ph
Testing, Moisture Content etc.
In process batch control:- Rheo & then Physical testing of the
cured stock.
Analysis of customer’s complaints.
New compound development.
Additionally responsible for ISO/TS-16949:2009.
Maintaining all Lab & Mixing Machine Calibration.
