Co-ordination & Documents sharing with purchase Department for materials
Constantly monitor and report of the progress of project to all stakeholders.
Telephonic support all the clients on immediate basis. Attend arrange to the survey required and  arrange meeting with  client as per requirement of clients, all the proposal for new business  and quotation for the high average of project maintaining good relation with clients in future for upcoming projects.
Handling PAN India clients in hardware & software, also do collections follow up with clients, closing all the project and service sales in (TAT) time
Commercial and Residential Small projects closed by as per (TAT) Timeline.
Avoid escalation from clients.
Well acquainted with AMC/Service/Renewal of contract related to Fire fighting system.
Knowledge of Installation/Commissioning / programming of Siemens, Notifire,   Ravel, Morley, EST fire fighting devices & Panels.
Good rapport with customer
Good knowledge of computer application & presentation with PPT
