About Company   :-   Auto industry (Manufacturing industry)
Designation           :-   Executive (HR)
Qualification        :-   MSW/ PGDBM/MBA
Experience            :-    having 2 -3 years experience with manufacturing 

                                           concern(Auto industry)
Salary                      :-    15000 - 20000/-

Job Description:

The incumbent shall be responsible for;

1.      Generalist HR Functions.

2.      Recruitment, Training Coordination.

3.      Plant Statutory Compliance viz Factories Act, EPF, ESI, Environmental Act Etc.

4.      Payroll processing & disbursement.

5.      Hands on Experience to manage Contract Labour.

6.      Time office functions.

7.      Presentation & MIS Generation.

8.      General day to day administrative activities.

9.      Knowledge of ISO and TS.

10.     Should have good PR

11.     Good Communication & drafting Skills
