Job Purpose:
- To lead the sales and marketing efforts of Amarujala digital team.
- To conceive, develop and deploy strategies and go to market plan for revenues, new product roll out in the digital domain (including mobile)
- Planning and executing product launch campaigns
- Creating strong customer bias and a regular mechanism of embedding customer's voice in the overall strategy and product development
Key Deliverables:
- Achieve revenue growth through digital and mobile products and solutions
- Develop metro and upcountry markets
- Lead and design the go to market plans, market planning using customer feedback, insights and data
- Manage the products/services through its life cycle as well as track and report on performance of products/services using tools like customer lifecycle management
- Launch and drive new product/ services like m-commerce, B2B /B2C space etc.
- Develop customer voice framework that incorporates regular customer feedback within the organization
Desired Skills & Experience:
- BTech and MBA with 8-12 years of sales and marketing experience in digital media/dotcom/online products
- Excellent presentation and articulation skills
- Should have worked in a dot com
- Some part of career should be in a marketing role and the rest in the sales/BD environment
- Bias towards outcome
- Must have lead teams
