Designation: Asst Manager - age 35 years - Must have worked in RMG Exports - Bill Passing of Fabric and Fabricators - Post Shipment Cost Analysis.
Salary CTC 20,000 to 30,000 depending upon experience.

 To  handle cheques issuance

 To handle cash and manual cash book register.

 Ensure making of Voucher entries in tally as well as manual.

 To ensure update Bank entries in tally & Mannual Cheque Book Register.

 To Ensure Voucher Entries  related to cash & Bank in tally

 To ensure daily Voucher filling

 To ensure reconciliation of Party ledger   with tally.

 To ensure preparation of payment status in excel form.

 To maintain inventory Report in Tally as well as in Excel

 To ensure preparation & issuance of cheques of all suppliers.

 To ensure timely Follow up of bills at site

 Making entries of all suppliers in Tally as per accounting statandard.

 To ensure booking of expenses / payment & receipt in site ledger register

 Timely payment of Telephone / Mobiles/ electricity & water Bills.

 To ensure bank reconciliation of all banks Accounts

 Basic knowledge of TDS & Sales Tax.
