Deciding and
setting Sales targets for the FY.
·
Achievement of
all targeted KRA’s – Sales, Collection, New Business Acquisition, C – Form.
·
Keeping in
touch with all the clients and ensure a satisfied pool of customer base.
·
Will be
required to map the Talc requirement of the different industrial territories
in the Country and Globally as well.
·
Segment wise,
product wise consumption & prices of competition.
·
Recommend the
product mix from our basket.
·
Find out the
best & economical logistic alternatives for supplies.
·
Work with
close liaison with R&D and prospective customer for product development.
·
Organise visit
of prospective customer to our works for closing deals / brand promotion etc.
·
Manage a team
of Sales Professional across the country and ensure results via way of hand
holding and regular motivation among the Sales Force.
·
Grooming and
development of the Man Power towards making them a self sufficient resource
for a higher profile in future.
