Urgent Requirement of Billing Engineer

We have required billing engineer as our client M/S SKC Infratech Pvt ltd.Detail given below:

Qualification: Diploma/Degree

Experience: If degree then 7-15 for Degree & If Diploma then 10 to 20 yrs.  

Salary: INR 5, 00,000 - 9, 00,000 P.A

Job Description:

1. Studying the BOQ in detail before recording any activity.

2. Checking of R.A. Bills & Final Bills of various works related to construction of Residential

Building i.e. civil works, area development, other related works as per contract terms &

Conditions.

3. Preparing the work orders & amendments for sub contract works and taking the approval for the Same

4. Preparing Estimates, BOQ and Rate Analysis for various items.

5. Calling quotation for civil works, Scrutiny of quotations, Placing work orders. Preparation of

Final bill progress report, work progress report etc.

4. Periodic reconciliation of sub- contractors billing with estimated quantities fortnightly.

5. Checking Reconciliation of Bulk materials and other Project materials including Electrical,

Plumbing and Sanitary Fittings.

6. Receiving daily measurements from section in charge and point out any discrepancy to the PM.

7. Preparing and submitting client’s bill as per the BOQ.

8. Reporting any deviation of specification.
