Sales Executives for US Outbound Sales Process
Compensation- Up to 30K but depending on Experience
Benefits: 5 Days Working + Saturday & Sunday fixed off + Free Meal + Free Pick up & Drop + Loyalty Bonus + Monthly Incentives.

Job Description:
·        Experienced and Fresher’s
·        Must be comfortable working in US (EST) Timings. Night Shifts
·        The individual must have excellent communication skills and Flawless English
·        He or She must have the ability to identify a viable or potential costumer and explain the product in detail hence strong selling skills are required
·        Must be able to multi task and be detail oriented while keeping quality in mind
·        Must be focused and determined every day to achieve and surpass daily/weekly and monthly goals.

Compensation: INR 1,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A

Qualifications: Any Graduate or Undergraduate
Job Description:
·        Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion/revenue targets.
·        Interaction with customers located in the Australia over the phone (Inbound and Outbound)
·        New customer acquisition by way of both Inbound and outbound calls
·        Probing the customers wherever required
·        Capturing accurately sufficient details
·        Excellent with the customer interaction
·         Managing the call through Creating empathy with the customer and building the customer's confidence
·        Emphasizing key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer"s queries & objections
·        Ensure full adherence to all the quality parameters
·        Cooperate with other Team Members & Team Leader
·        Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines Knowledge/Skills, Good Typing Skills, Adept at operating computers & familiarity with internet is desired, Manage length of call, Promote team work & project success, Excellent verbal and written communications Skills, Have email etiquettes, Sales Focus, Willingness to learn, Ability to work under pressure, Excellent Customer Management & Sales Skills, Open to feedback & learning.
