Designation: Manager \ Sr. Manager Quality

Responsibility: THE INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, MAINTAIN & IMPROVE THE QUALITY SYSTEMS, AND ACHIEVE & MAINTAIN ZERO DEFECTS. HE WILL COORDINATE WITH PRODUCTION TEAM TO ENSURE THAT DESPATCHES ARE AS PER SPECIFICATIONS.  THE INCUMBENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO STAY IN / AROUND DHARUHERA.

Desired Profile:  CANDIDATES MUST BE DIPLOMA / GRADUATE MECHANICAL ENGINEERS, IF DIPLOMA THEN AROUND 15 YEARS & DEGREE THEN MIN 12 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY ASSURANCE, OF AUTOMOBILE / AUTO COMPONENT MANUFACTURING COMPANY, WITH STRONG LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, PLEASANT PERSONALITY AND TEAM PLAYER.

He should be hands on with:

1. Practical knowledge of 7QC tools, 8D, Layout inspection, product audit

2. Maintain Customer  specific documentation

3. Maintain ISO/TS 16949 documentation.

4. Taking CAPA for in-process and customer end problems.

5. Maintain SPC /MSA

6. Develop Quality culture.

7. Good and effective customer relations.
