Role of Travel Operations Executive:-

1- Co-ordinate with clients & agents, Provide booking as per query , Attend phone calls of Vendors , Taking follow-up of out standing’s,

2- Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets;

3- Managing budgets and maintaining statistical/financial records;

4-selling travel products and tour packages;

5-taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations in order to gain information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers;

6-liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance;

7-dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations;

8-overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.

9-dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.

10- Having good destinations knowledge in international market.

11- Plan, prepare and cost itineraries for clients.

12- Must have good knowledge of Hotels rates & Tour Packages.
