Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Attrition Control, and Employee Engagement & focused on the business unit level intervention. Employee Engagement Activities & handling various cultural events & celebrations. Handling Employee Queries & resolving issues and concerns. Maintaining MIS & HRIS data. Initiating & Executing Performance Management System. Conducting exit Interviews, exit formalities and Managing and supporting information requests from Operations. Will require to tour for 10 days in a month
