the advertising concept, pricing, packaging, and promotion. Evaluates all
media performance with media providers. Works with advertising & research
agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to
position the brand. Executes ATL & BTL plans to deliver the required value
proposition. Coordinates with R&D for product conceptualization,
positioning, new product development etc. Executes all brand extension
plans in coordination with the brand team. Analyses retail store audit

To formulate country specific marketing plan for institutional sales
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading and developing the significant growth plans of the
companys Business in and conceptualizing the entire gamut of operations.
Responsible for achieving the revenue budget, product
segment-wise budgets, maximizing sales, profitability and market growth in
line with Company's strategic goals.
Strategies uniform understanding and execution of product
promotion campaigns for launch of new products or of the existing
products.
Overseeing the effective application and implementation of
sales promotion practices so as to derive competitive advantage in
institutions.
Experience: 2-4 years’
Salary: 2.15-2.4 lacs+ T.A & D.A (as per co rules)
