Job Profiles:
- Manage
the delivery fleet – delivery boys,suppliers
- Manage
route plan and work distribution
- Making
delivery/returns and cash/cheque collection
- Meet
all the slated deliveries within specified timings
- Motivating
the team for high performance and ensuring low absenteeism
- Managing
emergencies and managing the team on-field
- Ensuring
high level of customer service.
Salary:3.5-4 lacs
