This position is responsible for whole Process for Machining

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.Responsible for process planning, Line balancing, Time Study, Process time analysis for New & Existing Product to Improve Productivity and Cost Reduction. Process Validation, Process quality improvement, BOM verification, feasibility studies.

2. Responsible for participating & decision making in Assembly Tooling sourcing team.
Responsible for taking follow ups with Assembly Tooling Suppliers / Integrator.
Responsible for participating in Jigs & Fixtures Design Reviews, Try outs / online trials.
Implementation of 5S, Poke-Yoke and Kaizen techniques.

3. To control WIP & Productivity improvement and Process improvement.
Should be familiar with lean manufacturing system & Daily output analysis.
Should have Core knowledge of manufacturing processes and GD&T.

Qualifications: Diploma (Mechanical)

Exp: 4-7 yrs

Responsibilities:

Work on process, and final product design from concept to production

Work with engineers and researchers to complete product print packages from raw material specifications

Maintains BOM drawings, document and revision control.

• Proficient in 3D CAD software(U.G)
• Can work with machine shops to get tools, jigs, and fixtures
• Working knowledge of machine shop and equipment
• Knowledge of tolerancing
