Dy. Manager / Manager-- Foundry

 Experience -- 10 to 15 years in sand casting foundry of Non ferrous / ferrous alloys

 Qualification – 1.  Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engg.

                          2. Advance Diploma in Foundry Technology from NIFT / Foundry Institute will be an      added advantage.

Salary range   : Up to Rs.12 LPA.

 Skills --

 1. Should have good exposure in melting of alloys with induction furnaces.

 2. Have worked with Squeeze jolting molding machines with atomized sand plant system.

 3. Have worked in different Non ferrous & ferrous alloys.

 4. Good metallurgical knowledge.

 5. Should be good in methoding & tool concept.

 6. Good exposure in new parts development through sand casting.

 7. Problem solving skills for rejections due to casting defects.

 8. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in low weight castings & batch production environment with variety of products.

9. Must have exposure of core-shop also.
