is organizing a Seminar on “Leveraging Skill Development in Haryana for
Organizational Effectiveness” in association of Professional Network Group of
India on 3rd May 2016 at 2.30 Pm to 6 pm at IILM Management Institute, Campus
auditorium, Sector 56.
The program will
bring eminent speakers from Government of Haryana, industry, academia and
various sectors and also from Sector Skill council of India who will share
their insights around how organizations can leverage Skilling for transforming
workplace and enhance organizational effectiveness. The program will also
enlighten the participants about various Skill development Programs, available
under various sectors that can be leveraged by industry. The discussion is also
going to help participants understand how HR can leverage Skill development as
a tool to enhance Organizational effectiveness and positioning HR’s role as a
value builder.
