Experience:

 4.5-10 years mixing of rubber moulded products. (Only in Automobile Industry)

Roles & Responsibility:

· Production Planning & Man Power Handling of Mixing Division.

· Prepare Production Report.

· Evaluate & Analysis of in house Rejection.

· Monitoring 5’S level in Plant.

· Compound Rejection & Wastage control of mixing division.

· On Line Trouble Shooting of Compound related Problems.

· Responsible for incoming raw material testing semi finish material testing & finished product testing.

· In Raw Material :-  Moony Viscosity of Rubber, Melting Point, Heat lose, aniline point, ash content, Sp. Gravity, Sieve residence test, Ph Testing, Moisture Content etc.

· In process batch control:- Rheo & then Physical testing of the cured stock.

· Analysis of customer’s complaints.

· New compound development.

· Additionally responsible for ISO/TS-16949:2009.

· Maintaining all Lab & Mixing Machine Calibration.
