 Position: National Sales Manager

Job Description

1.        Generating business to maximize sale of given territory & resolution for premium customers Developing detailed account strategies for key business through information gathering, competitive analysis, strategic plan formulation, 

2. Identification of value proposition & action plan initiatives, smooth execution for new as well old products Supervising 2 subordinates; 

3. Ensuring 100% coverage & strategy implementation through Dealer

4. Coordinating with client interface over product issues to be escalated to the business meetings offering activity feedback, customer observation reports, 

5. Survey and compilation reports delivering on-job training to new entrants and new   joiners; 

6. Conducting training of new joined related to product & process identifying gap training for re-fresher

Min Exp: 10 yrs

Salary: 6-8 lakh ctc/annum plus incentive
