1.      Position: Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager Purchase

Qualification: Diploma In Mech Engg with 10-12 yrs experience OR B Tech   In Mech Engg with 5-7 yrs experience

Desired Experience: Planning, Procurement, Vendor Management & Inventory Management of BOP’s

Behavioral competencies: Should have strong analytical, planning and organizational skills. Must be a team leader.

Role

Procurement: Ascertaining Material requirement, releasing schedule and procurement of parts as per requirement to maintain uninterrupted production.

b.      Identifying and developing a reliable vendor base to debottleneck capacity constraint.

                                                         

  Vendor Management
Communicating technical specifications, negotiating with Vendors, establishing cost control  . Systems to ensure cost effective supply of material.  Releasing supply schedules to Vendors to ensure on time deliveries.  Monitoring Vendor performance, implementing Quality Systems to upgrade Vendors and facilitate the supply of quality Material.

  Inventory Management
Managing Inventory operations geared towards ensuring optimum inventory ….levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the delivery cycle of goods.

2.      Engineer (Tool Design)

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)

Desire: machining industry related to Designing of Tools (Jigs, Fixture and Gauges) having sound knowledge of 3D software like creo.

Role:

1.        To make drawing of Jigs & Fixture & Gauges

2.       3D modelling of Jigs, Fixture & Gauges

3.       Making of concept

4.       Drawing checking & Documentation
