Desired Profile/ Job Specification:

a.      The ideal candidate a male should be B.E. / B.Tech.  – Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR Post Graduate Diploma in Tool Design and having 5~8 years of experience in automotive component manufacturing industry.

b.      Candidate should be well versed with 3D and 2D design.

c.      Software exposure in Catia, AutoCAD.

d.      Must have knowledge of Mould Design, material technology.

Age:  Between 28 – 32 years

Key Skills:

1.      Must have good written & verbal communication.

REQ-KNOWLEDGE

1. Regular In-Process inspection including set-up approval, periodic inspection & PDIR.
2. on line quality problems verification, root cause analysis along with Production team and corrective action thereof.
3. Monitoring "Q" gate activity, Process & Product audit as per plan.
4. Rejection analysis and action taken for reduction of rejection level on monthly basis.
5. Attending customer concern immediately and take action accordingly.
6. Knowledge of basic Safety, 5"S", Kaizen, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and TS documentation

8. POSITION: - Engineer Quality (Lab & Standard Room)

9. Japanese Interpreter/Translator/Language Expert

Industry:-Auto Industry (MNC)    

Location: -Bawal

Salary:-7-9 lakh

Exposure: experience in Japanese Interpreter/Translator, experience in translating Japanese to English and English to Japanese.

Must have a good grasp over Japanese language.

Should be good in speaking, reading and writing Japanese 

Role: To translate/interpret information from Japanese to English and English to Japanese for teams in either country

Note: Candidate will be required to independently handle meetings, conferences, technical requests coming to client team operating out of India. Good understanding of IT vocabulary / Technical terms will be preferred Familiarity with MS office will be preferred.
