aluminum parts through a chemical
2. Anodizing
process of parts as required.
3. Functions
include start-up, operation, troubleshooting, tank maintenance, minor
maintenance and shut down.
4. Water PH Hardness density.
5. Automatic
Machine of anodizing Knowledge voltage temperature.
6. Identifies
and records any problems related to the product, process and quality system.
7. Implements
QMS & Maintenance of quality records.
8. Controls
further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until
the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
9. Production
Scheduling mange as per costumer requirement.
10. Informs the CEO
about products/processes, which become noncompliant with specified
requirements.
