1.      Position: Plant Head/Plant Manager /Factory Manager

Location: Narsinghpur (Gurgaon)

Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech

Exp: 15 – 25 years

Salary: 12 – 14lacs LPA

SKILL REQUIRED:-

·         Automotive industries back ground essential

·         Presently heading a similar position in company which is Vendor to the Automotive industry & able to handle all plant functions

·         Sound Knowledge of IATF/ ISO:9001/OHSAS:14001/TS  Quality SystemS, Innovation, Customer Complent handling

·         Expert in mantaining  inter departmental co-ordination and troubleshooting

·         Expert ineffective resourse management and reports taking and giving

·         Ability to handle all kinds of company related audits, meetings, presentations and reviews

·         Ability & personality to handle large OEMs / Customers effectively

·         Strong Decision Making skills

·          

Note: knowledge of plastic and assembly should be must

2.     Engineer/ Sr. Engineer (Production)- Press Shop & Machine Shop

. Qualification: Diploma/Degree

           . Exp: 3-6 yrs

             .  Salary: 3-4 lakh CTC/Annum

             . Exposure: Machine Shop & Press Shop

             . Job Location: Ahmadabad (Gujarat)

. Age: 22-29 yrs
