1. Hardcore Tool Room experience, Die Maintenance, Fixture, drawing making, reading and implementation,
2. Preventive maintenance of Die in HPDC
Make every possible effort to increase life and performance of die / Tool for optimum resource utilization and cost reduction.
3. Ensure availability of OK tool / die in stock for next production process
4. Responsible for Overall Tool Room section.
5. Root Cause Analysis & Countermeasure thereof for problem.
6. Key words - IATF16949, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, Kaizen, 5"S", Industrial Safety, 3"M".

2.     Position: Engineer/Senior Engineer (Product Design)

Qualification: B.Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical / Automobile/Production Engineering)

Experience: 3-8 yrs

Software: Solid works 2014

Salary: 3.5-4.5 lakh CTC PA

Job Location: Manesar

Prefer Industry: Sheet metal/Machine shop

Activities:-

1. 3D Modeling (Solid, Sheet metal, surfacing,) drawing on solid works 2014 (Mandatory skill) 

2. Well awared about engineering control like drawing, ECN, PPAP documents

3. Good understanding of them Master, BOM Routing.

4. Well awared about Sample development procedure.
