2.      Production Rejection mentioning & Kaizen.

3.      Knowledge of.  IATF 16949, OHSAS 188001, ISO 14001Kaizen, 5’s, Industrial safety.

4.      Continues improvement project in Department.  

Having Experience  

Prefer industry: Machining industry/Sheet metal industry/Clutch

Note:-

1. Candidate should be from Japanese industry

2.      Position: Engineer (Tool Room)

Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech, B.E.

b.      Purely sales oriented profile not required where candidate are doing marketing and sales to OEM and retail customer.

c.      Candidate present profile should be from an automobile manufacturing company where he is looking after the Business Development activities with other automotive manufacturing industry whether Tier -1 or Tier – 2.

d.      Shifting to Greater Noida is pre condition of outstation candidate else the resident of South East Delhi / Noida/ Greater Noida/ Ghaziabad will be preferred.

Job Description:-

The indicative role and responsibility of incumbent are;

1.      Technically & commercially understand the product, its performance and requirement.

2.      Develop customers and increase sales of the products to existing and new customer.

3.      Capable of concluding Business with existing and new Customers.

4.      Responsible for costing, market analysis, commercial finalization & product monitoring.

5.      To solve routine project related problems and resolve customer and operations team queries.

6.      Red flagging and escalating issues in timely manner and ensure customer time line & specifications.

7.      Overall improve market position and share and increase financial growth.

8.      Responsible to add new products.

9.      Must be able to read and understand customer Engineering Design of Products.

10.     Organize work of product development between departments involved.

11.     Understand the costing of product.

12.     Knowledge of Product design, drawing etc.

13.     Knowledge of graphical presentations.

Key Skills:

1.      Must have good written & verbal communication.

2.      Must be well versed with the co-ordination and organizing skills.

3.      Should be able to maintain confidentiality and integrity.

4.      Should be able to negotiate & relationship building with customers.

5.      Product launch & time line implementation & monitoring.

6.      Project Management.

7.      Well versed with Microsoft Office – like Word, Excel and presentation using Power Point.
