Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical engineering

Experience: 03 – 05 years

Salary: 20k – 25k PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Plan vs actual

Log book maintaining

4m change

Material handling, norms & Improvement

KAIZEN, 5S, safety, poke yoke, RBA/RCA

MS office application, SAP, E-mail

Inventory norms

Tools/jig/fixture spares monotony

4M management

In process quality/stage inspection

Bottle neck inspection management

CNC turning M/C basic

Power presses (Machine)

Down time monitoring.

Specific requirement: Should have knowledge of wielding and machining and press shop process.
