Job Description
1. To
perform initial supplier assessment, conduct & evaluation, approve -
conduct trial run and according final approval
2. To conduct periodic audit both system and process in specified format and submit audit findings.
3. To initiate corrective action based on the audit conducted, help guide the suppliers in resolving issues systematic 8 D process
4. To help supplier to achieve DOL status and help to eliminate receiving inspection process in a phased manner.
5. To conduct receiving inspection with the resource provident and clear MRC.
6. To carry out / facilitate training program for all the suppliers based on the need. Could be customer driven, criticality driven.
