Production Engineer

1.     Position: Production Engineer

Location: - Neemrana

Department: - Production

Qualification: - Diploma ( Electrical /E&C / Mechanical)

Experience: - 3-6 Year

Salary: - 3 to 4 lakh

Exposure; wire / cable / wire harness industry preferred/Electrical

Note- Should have strong exposure to Product & Process / quality management.

iv)  Should  possess excellent English written & communication skills.

v)  Should have good listening and observation skill as well as analytical thinking.

vi) Ability to promote and work well in a team environment

vii) High integrity , responsive to different departmental needs and be persuasive

viii) Sound exposure to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001: 2015

Role & Responsibilities:

Technology  transfer of process from development to production.

ii)  Actively contribute to achieve monthly production and dispatch targets.

iii)  Implementing & monitoring technological  changes to enhance productivity and quality .

iv) Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to  achieve substantial

reduction in Q&M expenditures .

v) Calculation for capacity enhancement and implementation .

vi) Calculation of BCT (Batch Cycle Time) & BCT reduction and implementation.

vii) Generation of process related documentation and analysis.

viii) Achievements of quality objectives.

ix)  Implementation of QMS 9001 and EMS 14001: 2015
