Job Profile:Heading the Finance Department by taking
responsibility of Accounting, Controlling, Reporting& Taxation.
·
Pivotal role in terms of raising finance from Banks, NBFC by keeping a
check on interest rates.
·
Preparation of CMA Data.
·
Daily tracking of Accounts receivables and Accounts payables and raising
timely queries to the concern person in such a manner that liquidity is not
hampered.
·
Enhance Performance by organizing & running major meetings to improve
communication of crucial time sensitive information & share targets ,
results & strategies.
·
Statutory Compliances of the Company including GST,TDS, Vat, ST,PF payments
& filing of various returns.
·
Conducting Tax Audit, Statutory audit, Vat audit &Resolving the
queries.
·
Handling of Scrutiny and Appeals for both Direct and Indirect Taxes.
·
Providing Training for Employees on overall accounting including TDS &
GST.
·
Working timely on Process & System Improvement to improve the outputs
·
Preparation of various MIS & other reports as and when required by
management.
·
Framing & Monitoring Internal controls on various levels in the process
up to recovery.
·
Maintaining Project, AMC, Service and Distribution tracker on daily basis
and raise alarming signals to all Team members in case of any discrepancy.
·
Raising timely queries in case of any discrepancy related to TDS,GST and
Income tax.
