CRM Coordinator (Client relationship Management)

Executive (CRM)
Responsibility
1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
2. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
3. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
4. Schedule periodic maintenance for the client
5. Register complaints and contact customer to understand the complaint
6. Take steps to resolve the complaints

Audit and update complaint sheets
Experience: 2-4 years
Qualification: Graduate
Sal: 3-4 L CTC P.A
 Location-Noida
Key Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

Good relationship management and networking skills.

Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and also execute the same.

Who enjoys working in a highly charged environment.


Well versed in MS Office- Excel/Word/Power Point
