Responsibility
1. Building
and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.

Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
3. Liaising
with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
4. Schedule
periodic maintenance for the client
5. Register
complaints and contact customer to understand the complaint
6. Take
steps to resolve the complaints

Graduate

Excellent
communication skills in Hindi & English

relationship management and networking skills.
